Q: What is your policy on spyware, adware, and spam?
A: We strongly dislike spyware, adware, and spam. None of our products has ever had spyware or adware and never will. We have never advertised using spam and never will. We have never sold or shared our customers' email addresses to any outside organizations and never will.

Q: Does OfficePrinter run on Windows 7?
A: OfficePrinter runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

Q: How much does OfficePrinter cost?
A: OfficePrinter is free to download for 30 days. If you decide to register, it costs $15.95. You may choose to purchase OfficePrinter on a CD for an additional $3 + shipping and handling ($2.50 for US, $3.50 for Canada, and $4.50 for international). Once you register, we will email you the permanent registration number. If you decide to not register, you may simply either do nothing or uninstall it.

Q: How do I uninstall OfficePrinter?
A: Go to Start->Settings->Control Panel, double click on Add/Remove Programs, select OfficePrinter and click Remove.

Q: Does OfficePrinter run on a Mac?
A: We do not directly support OfficePrinter running under any Mac platforms, but we believe that the Mac offers some sort of Windows emulation software which allows you to run Windows-based software on it. We have never tested on it ourseleves. The good news is that you can download OfficePrinter and give it a try.

Q: Can I print different labels on one sheet? Example: Address label 5160 has 30 labels on a sheet, can I print 30 different labels or they all have to be the same?
A: OfficePrinter allows you to print your design on a particular position of the sheet instead of printing your label on the the entire sheet.

A: OfficePrinter supports only BMP, WMF, GIF, and JPEG file formats. To use a TIFF file you must first convert it to one of these formats using a tool such as PaintShop Pro or PhotoShop which is available from another vendor.

Q: I created a template for my business card, but when I am doing a File->New, the Create New dialog box does not show my template in the list box. What do I need to do in order for OfficePrinter to recognize my new template?
A: In order for OfficePrinter to see your template, all you have to do is make sure to put it in the template directory. By default this is C:\Program Files\Moss Bay Software\OfficePrinter\Templates.
